Ultralease CUR Heat-Cured Release
Description
Ultralease CUR provides a durable, heat stable, noncarbonizing, and non-oily parting film which effectively releases plastics, adhesives, and other elastomeric products. Heat-cured film is effective for difficult to release applications, and will provide release through numerous molding cycles without contributing to build-up on mold and dies. Contains NO Chlorinated Solvents, NO Class I or Class II Ozone Depleting Substances.
Features
- Heat-cured film for elevated temperatures
- Provides multiple releases per application
- Effectively releases a broad range of polymers
- Does not discolor molded parts
- Minimum build-up on molds and dies
Recommended Materials
- Provides durable parting film for epoxies, melamimes, methacrylates, phenolics, polyesters, and polyurethanes.
Recommended Processes
Compression molding, Injection molding, Rotational molding
